It depends on the model and whether you want OEM or ODM, so we quote MOQ per enquiry rather than publish one number that would be wrong for most orders. Tell us the model and your target market and we will give you a realistic minimum and the price break points.

Our quality, environmental and safety systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and chairs are built to ANSI/BIFMA 5.1 and EN 1335. Individual models have passed SGS and TUV testing. We do not claim a blanket "certified" status across the whole range; tell us your market and we will scope the exact report into the programme.

Office chairs, conference and meeting chairs, and racing-style gaming chairs are our core export lines. We also build leisure chairs, bar stools, auditorium seating and sofas across nine series. If you need a category not shown on the site, ask.

Yes — private label is standard for us. Your logo, colourway, printed manuals and master-carton artwork all go on under an OEM or ODM agreement. We confirm the branding on a sample before production.

We build a physical sample so you can confirm fit, fabric and mechanism before anything tools. Sample and courier costs are usually the buyer's and are often credited against a confirmed order — we agree this in writing per programme so there are no surprises.

For a chair we already tool, production typically starts soon after sample approval. A new ODM development adds weeks for tooling and a sampling round. We give you a realistic date with the quote rather than an optimistic one we cannot hold.

Office and conference chairs ship knocked-down where possible to cut volume, one chair per carton. Gaming chairs and heavier items are corner-protected and one per carton. We optimise for full-container loads and can advise on cartons-per-container for your models.
